BY VISITING ANY OF AFTERABC'S WEBSITES, OR BY USING ANY OF AFTERABC'S OTHER DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS, SUCH AS MOBILE GEO-LOCATION SERVIVES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.

The information afterabc collect may include your personal information, such may include but shall not necessarily be limited to; your name, postal address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, fax number, email address, billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date and/or debit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date), frequent flyer accounts, hotel reward accounts, car hire reward accounts, travel preferences, details of flight, hotel, car, train reservations and bookings.

afterabc may also aggregate information; such aggregate information may include anonymous demographic information including, but not necessarily limited to; country of origin, citizenship, postal codes, age, gender, preferences and survey information. Further, afterabc may add both personal and non-personal information to your account that we obtained from third parties and business affiliates, such information about you may include, but shall not necessarily be limited to; updated delivery and address information, purchase history, and demographic information.   

Prior to disclosing to afterabc the personal information of another person, for example when making a reservation for someone else, please obtain their consent. (Personal information shall include all the information disclosed by you to afterabc about the other party). Information supplied through your account, may only be accessed, viewed or changed through your account.

It is entirely at your discretion to disclose information to afterabc. However, some information is required before many of the services offered by afterabc can be utilised.  

It should be noted that in common with many commercial organisations, afterabc's system is designed to automatically collect some information about your computer when visiting afterabc's websites. Such automatically collected information may include but shall not necessarily be limited to; your IP address, web browser software and/or details of a referring website. Further, afterabc websites are able to record the viewing activity when on the site, such as pages visited and/or bookings made. The automatically collected information and data helps afterabc to better understand our customers, to customise the offerings and to reduce potential fraud.    

Customer Information and related data collected by afterabc is stored on our central electronic digital databases. The electronic digital databases are stored on server computers that are housed in secure locations and managed by respected server hosting companies.  

Use of Information

afterabc's goal is to use the information supplied to better serve our customers. The information allows afterabc to be better able to offer and/or do the following:

(iii) To measure interest in our products, services, and website and to improve such to satisfy your interests.

(iv) To customise, where possible, the website services to your interests.

Further, the information such as cardholder name, credit or debit card number, and expiration date is used to allow afterabc to complete the travel bookings you conduct on the afterabc websites.

Information given by you will also be used by afterabc to contact you by email and/or snail mail and/or text message to offer customised services and product offerings based on what afterabc deduce to be your likely interests.
 
Sharing Your Information

In the course of offering and providing services and products to you, afterabc may share your information with third parties. Such third parties shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following entities: Hotels, airlines, train operators, car hire companies, restaurants, activity providers, tour operators and any other entity that is required in fulfilling your travel research and reservations. Services and products that are supplied by third parties are described as such within the afterabc websites. afterabc recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third party entities whose products and services you intend to purchase through afterabc.

It is possible that third party suppliers may contact you, seeking additional information to help facilitate your travel reservation, or as a response to a review you may submit.

afterabc may work with service providers that include but is not necessarily limited to; credit card processing companies, customer service providers, fraud prevention advisors, business analysts and marketing companies. Such companies are authorised by afterabc to collect information on our behalf in order to perform the roles and duties required to meet their contractual obligations to afterabc, and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose. afterabc use best practice to ensure that such third party's adhere to similar data protection practices as those operated by ourselves.  

afterabc may work with service providers to operate parts of our website or to facilitate the delivery of online advertising. Such companies are authorised by afterabc to collect information on our behalf in order to perform the roles and duties required to meet their contractual obligations to afterabc, and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose. afterabc use best practice to ensure that third party's adhere to similar data protection practices as those operated by ourselves.  

afterabc may work with business partners to offer products and services jointly through the afterabc websites. Further, products and services of business partners may be offered on the afterabc websites. In such circumstances the product or service brand name will indicate when a third party is involved. In these circumstances afterabc may share personal and automatic information about you with those third parties. afterabc does not control the privacy practises of such third party business partners.

In common with standard online business practices, you may be referred to an afterabc website from another site. In such circumstances afterabc may share some information about you with the referring website. afterabc are not responsible for the privacy policies of any referring websites, and afterabc recommend that you review the privacy policies of any website that referred you to afterabc.

The afterabc brand operates through a number of country specific companies and country specific domain names. Information supplied to any afterabc company may be shared with other corporate sister or parent companies. All the afterabc companies, that have access to your information, will follow practices that are, at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy and with the applicable 'local' laws governing data protection.

afterabc will disclose your information in response to subpoenas. afterabc will disclose your information in response to Court orders. afterabc will disclose your information to establish or exercise our legal rights. afterabc will disclose your information to defend against legal claims. afterabc will disclose your information as required by law. In any legal action afterabc reserves the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
 
afterabc will disclose and/or share your information when afterabc believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of any afterabc company or  any of the afterabc websites, our customers, or others; and in connection with our Terms and Conditions and other agreements.

afterabc may share and/or disclose and/or sell your information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.

afterabc will notify you if personal information about you, other than that described above will be shared with third parties, and you can opt for afterabc not to share such information.

afterabc uses cookies for several purposes, such as enabling our website to recognise your browser as a previous visitor and save and remember any preferences that may have been set while your browser was visiting the afterabc website. Cookies also help afterabc to customise advertising content and measure and research the effectiveness of website features and offerings, advertisements, and email communications.

afterabc is a general audience website and does not offer services directed to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to afterabc, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.
